Most people only bother to leave a review of a negative experience :) I ordered Chelsea tickets for my husband's birthday back in March but the match was postponed due to FA Cup. This company responded to all of the emails I sent quite quickly and the tickets were safely delivered via FedEx 4 days before the match.

And although I had little response to e-mails phone calls asking when I could get ticket,even at one time being told I might have to pick ticket up near Wembley. Hot Football Tickets e-mailed me to say ticket sent by 'special delivery' The ticket duly arrived two days before the game. So one happy supporter off to Wembley, thanks Hot Football Tickets.
